Eligible for: Half of the overall cost of the charter
Processing Time: 7-10 business days
Service Charge: $25 deducted from the refund

Less than 24 Hours Before Charter
Eligible for: No refunds provided
Exception: Consideration for extenuating emergencies
Alternate Option: At managerial discretion, a charter credit might be presented

Weather-Related Cancellations
Our Weather Guarantee
Your safety comes first. If a certified captain deems the weather conditions as dangerous for sailing, we offer flexible alternatives:
- Full Refund: Provided when rescheduling isn't an option
- Reschedule: Postpone your booking to another available date free of charge
- Charter Credit: Awarded credit valid for one year from your original booking
Weather Evaluation Procedure
We assess weather suitability by looking at:
- Studying wind patterns and levels
- Assessing wave sizes and ocean state
- Checking forecasts for visibility and rain
- Adhering to maritime advisories and cautions
- Evaluating safety based on professional captain’s judgement
Decision Deadline: Conclusions about weather-induced cancellations are made at least 4 hours before the planned departure.
Medical Emergency Refunds
Exceptional Circumstances
We are sensitive to the fact that medical emergencies may arise. The subsequent scenarios might be eligible for special consideration:
- Sudden medical conditions or accidents necessitating hospital stay
- Bereavement within the close family
- Unpredicted military service or call to action
- Summoned for juridical service or legal commands
- Natural calamities disrupting travel plans
Validation Needs
Emergency refund claims should be accompanied by:
- Official medical attestation or evidence of hospital stay
- Bereavement documentation, if applicable
- Militaristic dispatch orders firmly established

Operational Cancellations

Should the appointed yacht sustain mechanical failures not immediately resolvable:
- Substitute Vessel: A comparable alternative vessel will be offered if possible
- Full Refund: Refund issued if no appropriate substitute is procurable
- Partial Refund: Returned amount corresponds if alternative vessel holds different rates
- Indemnification: Further recompense may be contemplated for the inconvenience suffered
Crew Availability Issues
In exceptional instances when a certified crew is not available:
- Efforts to secure replacement crew will be made when possible
- Complete reimbursement if the charter cannot occur
- Rebooking options with no surplus charge

- Validity: One year from the date of issue
- Transferability: Credits cannot be transferred to other individuals
- Value: Represents the full value of the charter with no deduction from service fees
- Redeemability: Viable for any accessible charter within the validity period
- Expiry: No extensions beyond the one-year window
Partial Service Reimbursements
Disruptions During Service
If the charter experience is interrupted or concluded earlier due to our operational issues:
- A proportional refund based on the proportion of unused service
- Credit for a subsequent charter equating to the disrupted service
- Complimentary service upgrades or extra offerings
Discontinuations Due to Guests
If a charter is prematurely finished because of actions or safety infractions by guests:
- No recharge for the unutilized duration
- Outstanding charges remain payable
- Extra fees could be imposed
